For defective products, full refunds will be issued if your return is initiated within 21 days of receipt of the item. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a reason unrelated to a product defect (it doesn't fit, you just don't like it), please initiate a return within 10 days of receipt of the item in order to receive store credit to use on another item.
